Dr.Bajaj-Whether 2020                                           MUMBAI CITY MONSOON                                                                                                                                  Date: 23 nd  June 2020 Because no Sign of Monsoon over Mumbai City in this weak 22 nd  June to 28 th  June 2020.  I.M.D is not updating its monsoon site dated 23rd June 2020 upto 4:01 p.m. Here is proof and example here.  1.   IMD CANNOT CLASSIFIED “ONSET” MONSOON THE BASIS OF RAIN BETWEEN 8:30AM ON SATURDAY (13 TH  JUNE) AND 8:30AM ON SUNDAY-SUBURBS AND SOUTH MUMBAI ON THE BASIS OF 11.2MM RAINS. REMEMBERS THAT ON SUNDAY (14 TH  JUNE 2020) THE MUMBAI CITY ONLY WITNESSED  PARTLY CLOUDY CONDITION THROUGHOUT THE  DAY-BUT IMD DECLARED ONSET MONSOON OVER MUMBAI WITHIN THE RANGE OF THREE DAYS OF 11 JUNE AND MADE IT CLASSIFIED BY THEIR OWN RULES AS NORMAL ONSET FOR MUMBAI &

Dr.Bajaj-Whether 2020 MUMBAI CITY MONSOON Date: 22 nd June 2020 No Sign of Monsoon over Mumbai City in this weak 22 nd June to 28 th June 2020. IMD has crossed all its imaginary guidelines of declaring monsoon “onset” over Mumbai City. They first forecast monsoon “onset” 11 th June and then shifted “onset” date 14 th June 2020. Till today 22 nd June Mumbaikar has received only two days intermediate intervals of rains of 30mm to 45mm, out of 12 days so far and received “ZERO” rain on remaining 10 days  IMD SHOULD NOW COME OUT WITH WHITE PAPERS FOR DECLARING MONSOON “ONSET” OVER MUMBAI ON WHAT CRITERIA. 2. THE IMD HAS DECLARED ONSET MONSOON IN MUMBAI CITY ON 14 TH JUNE (SUNDAY) BECAUSE THEY HAVE RECORDED 19.7MM & 11.2MM RAIN IN THE RANGE OF 7.6MM TO 35.5MM. THERE WAS NOT AT ALL MODERATE TO HEAVY SHOWERS WHICH WERE RECORDED OVER MUMBAI CITY, BUT WERE RECORDED IN OTHER PARTS OF THE FAR WAY AREA & REGION SUCH AS BHIWANDI, DOM

Mumbai rains without cloud - without cloud. Dr Bajaj - Whether 2020  Date: 16 th  June 2020   IMD has declared “Onset” Monsoon in Mumbai City without rain over Mumbai City till today 21st June 2020 at 3:00 p.m. Zero rainfall since last 5 days except one day. 1.    The whole matter should be  inquired by a higher power committee  for such type of poor, negligence, performance of IMD for false declaration of “onset” monsoon in Mumbai City-without any minimum required data & factors of current monsoon on Sunday-i.e.14 June 2020. .       2.  The IMD has declared onset Monsoon in Mumbai City on 14 th  June (Sunday) because they have recorded 19.7mm & 11.2mm rain in the range of 7.6mm to 35.5mm. There was  Not  at all moderate to heavy  showers  which were recorded over Mumbai City, but were recorded in other parts of the far way area & region such as Bhiwandi, Dombivli, Badalpur & Panvel in other previous days i.e. before 14 th  June 2020 (Sunday). 3.   Remembers

Dr.Bajaj-Whether 2020 NO MUMBAI RAINS Date: 20 th June 2020 Mumbaikar is awaiting monsoon heavy rains over city. IMD has declared “onset” monsoon over Mumbai on 14 th June-Shifting his original date 11 th June 2020; Today is 20 th June. -D r.Bajaj Though the monsoon “onset” over Kerala was declared on 31 st May 2020, but no progress of south-west monsoon-has further noticed till 20 th June 2020. IMD delayed reason was quoted as standard deviation from 11 th June for 5 days. That date is also passed away. Now the IMD should call this declared monsoon date 11 th June as “delayed” or “soft onset” monsoon. What IMD will likely to call monsoon-if it does not rains heavy to very heavy till 21 st June 2020 and beyond 21 st June 2020 .  Rains over Mumbai City from 18 th June 2018 to 20 th June 2018 are negligible and is very difficult to measure for the further days to come. Rains of 5mm to 20mm rains for any full day are not an “onset” monsoon ov
