MUMBAI
CITY MONSOON
Date: 22nd June 2020
No Sign of Monsoon over Mumbai City
in this weak 22nd June to 28th June 2020.
IMD has crossed all its imaginary
guidelines of declaring monsoon “onset” over Mumbai City. They first forecast
monsoon “onset” 11th June and then shifted “onset” date 14th June 2020. Till today 22nd June Mumbaikar has received only two
days intermediate intervals of rains of 30mm to 45mm, out of 12 days so far
and received “ZERO” rain on remaining 10 days
- IMD SHOULD NOW COME OUT WITH WHITE
PAPERS FOR DECLARING MONSOON “ONSET” OVER MUMBAI ON WHAT CRITERIA.
2.THE IMD HAS DECLARED ONSET MONSOON IN
MUMBAI CITY ON 14TH JUNE
(SUNDAY) BECAUSE THEY HAVE RECORDED 19.7MM & 11.2MM RAIN IN THE RANGE OF
7.6MM TO 35.5MM. THERE WAS NOT AT ALL MODERATE TO HEAVY SHOWERS WHICH
WERE RECORDED OVER MUMBAI CITY, BUT WERE RECORDED IN OTHER PARTS OF THE FAR WAY
AREA & REGION SUCH AS BHIWANDI, DOMBIVLI, BADALPUR & PANVEL IN OTHER
PREVIOUS DAYS I.E. BEFORE 14TH JUNE
2020 (SUNDAY).
3. IMD CANNOT CLASSIFIED “ONSET” MONSOON
THE BASIS OF RAIN BETWEEN 8:30AM ON SATURDAY (13TH JUNE) AND 8:30AM ON SUNDAY-SUBURBS
AND SOUTH MUMBAI ON THE BASIS OF 11.2MM RAINS. REMEMBERS THAT ON SUNDAY (14TH JUNE 2020) THE MUMBAI CITY ONLY
WITNESSED PARTLY CLOUDY CONDITION THROUGHOUT THE DAY-BUT IMD DECLARED ONSET
MONSOON OVER MUMBAI WITHIN THE RANGE OF THREE DAYS OF 11 JUNE AND MADE IT
CLASSIFIED BY THEIR OWN RULES AS NORMAL ONSET FOR MUMBAI & ENTIRE STATE,
THOUGH THE ENTIRE STATE HAS ALREADY RECEIVED THE 140% EXCESS RAIN BEFORE 8 JUNE
2020.
4. NEVER IN THE HISTORY OF DECLARING
MONSOON “ONSET”-HAS HAPPENED WITHOUT THE RAINS ON MUMBAI CITY. NOT A SINGLE
EXAMPLE IS AVAILABLE IN THE HISTORY OF MUMBAI.
5. IS IT NOT A “JOKE” FOR DECLARING
MONSOON ONSET FOR MUMBAI CITY, WHERE MUMBAIKAR HAS RECEIVED NEGLIGIBLE RAINS IN
12 DAYS OF SPAM.
6. THE WHOLE MATTER SHOULD BE INQUIRED
BY A HIGHER POWER COMMITTEE FOR SUCH TYPE OF POOR, NEGLIGENCE, PERFORMANCE
OF IMD FOR FALSE DECLARATION OF “ONSET” MONSOON IN MUMBAI CITY-WITHOUT ANY
MINIMUM REQUIRED DATA & FACTORS OF CURRENT MONSOON ON SUNDAY-I.E.14 JUNE
2020.
7. IS THIS TYPE OF “SEVERE CYCLONE
NISARGA” WHERE NOBODY NEW THE EXACT TIMING OF “LAND FALL” & EXACT PLACE OF
LAND FALL. A MYSTERY FOR THE WHOLE COUNTRY.
8.WHY THE CRITERIA IS NOT AS STRINGENT
AS IT WAS FOR KERALA. AGAIN REMEMBER THE JOKE-THE IMD HAS MADE WHILE DECLARING
ONSET MONSOON ON KERALA. FIRST THEY DECLARED ON 30 MAY 2020 THAT THE MONSOON
OVER KERALA WILL “ONSET” ON 5 JUNE. WHEN WE “DR.BAJAJ WEATHER 2020” DECLARED
MONSOON ONSET OVER KERALA ON 30TH
MAY-THEY (IMD) SUDDENLY CHANGE THE DATA AND DECLARED ON SAME DAY 31ST MAY MONSOON ONSET OVER KERALA STATE.
HOW THIS HAPPENED.
9. THE MAHARASHTRA STATE HAD ALREADY
WITNESSED MORE RAIN THAN GUJARAT STATE BEFORE 8TH JUNE 2020. WHY WE CANNOT DECLARE
MONSOON ONSET FOR GUJARAT BEFORE MAHARASHTRA WHEN THE GUJARAT STATE RECEIVED
HEAVY MONSOON RAINS. WE HAVE ALREADY STATED ON 1ST JUNE 2020 THAT THIS MONSOON
2020-WILL BE NOT THE MONSOON OF INDIAN MONSOON AS ITS HAS CHANGE ITS NATURE
& ITS BEHAVIOUR-WHICH IMD CANNOT UNDERSTAND BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE THE
KNOWLEDGE TO UNDERSTAND.
