हमारा पर्व होली दिनांक : 24 व 25 मार्च 2024 चमत्कार ही है कि फूलों के रंगों को बदला भी जा सकता है। इस वर्ष 2024 की होली - आप फूलों के प्राकृतिक रंगों के साथ खेलें। आश्चर्य ही नहीं - यह कृषि वैज्ञानिक का चमत्कार ही है कि फूलों के रंगों को बदला जा सकता है ? देखें - महसूस करें। धन्यवाद देना - होली पर भूल सकते है। रंग कैसे बदलें ? मिट्टी का पीएच (pH) फूलों का रंग निर्धारित करता है। अधिक विशेषरूप से , यह एल्यूमीनियम आयनों (Ions) की उपस्थिति और पौधे को एल्यूमीनियम को अवशोषित करने की क्षमता है जो फूलों के रंग को प्रभावित करते है। यदि एल्यूमीनियम मौजूद और उपलब्ध है , क्योंकि यह अधिक अम्लीय मिट्टी में होता है तो फूल नीले होते है। कम अम्लीय या तटस्थ मिट्टी में एल्यूमीनियम - हाइड्रॉक्साइड आयनों (Ions) के साथ मिल जाते है , जिससे यह पौधों के लिए उपलब्ध हो जाता है और फूल गुलाबी हो जाते है। क्रीम या सफेद फूल वाले पौधे मिट्टी के पीएच (pH) से प्रभावित नहीं होते और रंग नहीं बदलते - परन्तु हमें रंगों का आधा गुलाबी कर दिया है। (देखें) - जो असम्भव था। Change systems of respiration thr
